Someone please tell me how to do my hair%26amp;%26amp;makeup like that. i want the picture where shes wearing the purple shirt! thnx%26lt;3Miley Cyrus's Makeup and Hair on Ppl magazine cover?
Hair:





You could go about this 2 ways.


Either:


1. Shower at night.


2. Rub some defining gel or cream into your hair (available in the hair styling aisle at a drugstore)


3. Comb with a wide-toothed comb


4. Braid your hair (1 or 2 braids, depending on how much hair you have). In the morning, the braids should have left your hair in beautiful loose waves.





OR:





1. Rub some defining gel or cream in your hair.


2. When your hair is dry, curl it with a WIDE curling iron.





After you have created the waves, find a cute barrette like the one Miley Cyrus is wearing (try looking in Claire's Accessories) and pin a few locks of hair back.





Makeup:





1. Cover any blemishes or under-eye circles with some concealer that matches your skin.

the hair is curled so get a curling iron %26amp; make some nice loose curls. then pull a section of your hair back on the right or left side ( for her it's the right) %26amp; clip it back.


for make up use your usual foundation %26amp; concealer %26amp; maybe a lil blush. it doesn't look like she has a whole lot of makeup on. from what i can see she has maybe a lil eyeliner on %26amp; mascara. then a nice sheer pink lip gloss to finish it off (:
