80's punk hair/makeup/clothes?

I'm going to an 80's themed party, i want to wear straight legged jeans with leg warmers and pumps.how should i do my hair and makeup ? what can i wear?

teased hair. the bigger the better. back comb it and use a lot of hairspray. either crimp it, wear it wavy if your hair is naturally, or put it in a ponytail with a pomp. if you don't know what that is, it's the first picture. that picture is really good for the makeup too. oh and headbands are good too. :) oh man i love 80's style. :D





for makeup, use bright eyeshadows. especially blue and purple. bright pink blush applied kind of like a doll (like round circles), and bright pink lipstick.





also you said 80's punk, but the outfit you described is not really punk. the third picture down is 80's punk, but most of the advice/pictures i'm giving is more of what it sounds like you're trying to go for.

never go wrong with big hair and LOADS of eye shadow! bright lipstick would be good also! or you could do an afro...but I think that's more 70's!
BIG hair-teased bangs, off the shoulder shirt, lots of jelly bracelets. Very heavy eye makeup-lots of colors, a lot of blush straight back to your hairline-try a raspberry color.

i suggest typical 80s hair. big, Big, BIG ! something like side bangs, crimped, and volumized.

Bright colors and bold lipsticks...
