it looks like an ash blonde. biut any store bought blondes wont work very well if you have dark hair, it'll just turn orange or yellow, not light tan blonde like her hair. as for the makeup use a black shadow pencil, or powder taht comes in a tube. blend it in well and add a fe layers of makeup for the drastic black affect
Looks like light ash blonde as the base colour, with tons of highlights and extensions.


The makeup is black eyeshadow and eyeliner, but it looks very stupid when you're not ';her';... seriously, i went through a phase of that look AGES ago, defo don't want to go there again.

The black is just liquid eyeliner used as eyeshadow. And then eyeliner at the bottom and mascara. I'm not sure about the hair. But why would you want to look like her? She looks fake with all that makeup on.

she has probably just had loads of highlights done over the years and the black is probably liquid eyeliner and eyeshadow
