Can a strawberry blonde with light eyebrows and eyelashes pull of darker makeup using black eyeliner and mascara?? Kind of like ';scene'; makeup??Question about makeup and hair color???
Of course, you just need balance! I would actually sugest using at least a light brownish eyebrow pencil to make them blend better. Then depending of course on what your wearing, you can totally do the blk mascara and eyliner, just make sure to blend, or go for a smokey look. Play around in your spare time, you can make almost anything work.Question about makeup and hair color???
For strawberry blonds and light brows...I'll say not all black but an off-black or brown. I think pastel colors work well also.
