umm.... from the pic, ur ovbiously one of the girls who can pull off black eyeliner, so do that, and black mascara, but always thicker on top. And maybe peachy lip gloss? And maybe some blush, but not REALLY pink. Find one that's like a mix of pink and skin tone, like 'Neutrogena healthy skin blends: Sheer highlighting blush, in 'Pure 22'' As for ur hair, its kinda long, so u could just do beachy waves or big, loose curls. your so pretty ! i think your make-up could be better if you used natural colours , like for your eyeshadow try using a nice brown colour , and for your eyeliner instead of black use a dark brown , it'll bring out your eyes . for your hair , you would look good with side swept bangs and long layers . :)

as for your hair you could get streight across bangs or curl it to give it body
