i love ur dress hair shold prob. be worn up but if it looks better down curl it or straight iron it but crly looks best. go with light natural makeup like pink
do you know what a speed bump is???? well it is where you tease your hair in the front like a small part of you hair like your bangs plus some. then i would do loose spiral curls and for your make up i would suggest using a white or even a silver eyeshadow and black eyeliner on the bottom and for your eyelashes i would go for really curled up and black as well.
