ur apologizing for your pic? whyy its not weird at all you have such great eyes! makeup i would suggest just a sheer cover and blush and eyeliner are a girl's best friend but u r really pretty without that..your hair? abs nothing! its fine...and feel free to dress however you want. you have your own style- dont let others choose who u wanna be and what u wanna do/wear

I'd say, don't change anything. But if you want, you can braid your hair or put it up in a ponytail and wear a t-shirt with jeans. Experiment with what you have in your wardrobe and experiment your hair! I would use light makeup or light colors.
