For the eyes, you're going to need a lot of black eyeliner, and mascara. You could even wear false lashes if you really want that dramatic look. As far as I can tell from the photo, she applied thick heavy eyeliner all over her eyelid area and then smudged it out with a sponge tip applicator. (If you have a larger lid space, than don't go too high on your eyelids, or it will look like you have a black eye :P) For the bottom lash line, she probably did the same thing by applying a lot of eyeliner on the bottom and then smudging it out. There are several videos on youtube that will show you how to smudge eyeliner and such (:





As far as the hair goes, if you don't already have short layers on top, you'll need to get your hair cut. She also has heavy fringe, so you might want that too. Once you have the short layers on top, just tease those layers and your crown a lot. Sweep your bangs over to the side and you're all set :D I hope this helped a little!

First put on heavy black eyeliner all around the eyes, smudged it down lower on the bottom lashline.


Put on heavy black eyeliner up to almost brow bone, then apply the black eyeliner onto the black eyeliner, and go down.


Apply it in the inner corner of your eyes heavily.


Go over with liquid eyeliner for more intense look


Apply 4 coats of mascara





Her hair is just basically teased. if you dont have layers like her, it wont turn out like that.


put on some chapstick








Get some liquid foundation and apply with damp sponge. maybe put some nude blush on to look awake





Also apply black eyeliner on your waterline
