I have straight dark brown hair and green eyes...and an oval shaped face...im ready for a new look any ideas???

All I can really give you with the information you provided is that brown eyeliner and mascara and brown or green eyeshadow will bring out your green eyes, but you could definitely get away with black eyeliner and mascara with your dark hair. Other than that, you should just wander around the makeup section of your local drugstore and see what appeals to you! It can be a lot of fun, but make sure not to go overboard with it.
