Hair/makeup like this?[pic included]?

i want to dye my hair back to blond but i havent dyed it since last summer, i dyed it dark brown in september

^^ how is her makeup done?? whenever i do my makeup similar to that it does NOT turn out that way on the camera even if i put like 10 layers of mascara on. are those fake eyelashes?

mosy likely they are fake lashes. .and yes it looks her is highlighted.


to do the makeup, do very dark and heavy black eyliners, along with the fake lashers the look the best like hers.

yea her hair is highlighted and for the make up its like a heavy smokey eye, get some dark shades of eyeshadow a contour brush and a dark eyeliner, and fake lashes. if you go to a mac counter they can do it for you
The person who said she used photoshop is right. A lot of people do what she has done to make her eyeliner much more darker and dramatic.


And some go over the top.





I found a tutorial for the eyes, and it is dramatic, but still amazing at the same time. So try it out. And if you want, apply some fake lashes too.

Her hair possibly looks like it has been highlighted with a lot of blonde too.
she got wayyyyyy to much eye liner
i dont like the lipstick going past her actual lips it looks like she messed it up but that is just how I look at it, other than that I like it
Ok...umm...she's kinda scary looking no offense. I'm not much for the whole emo-makeup look. I think you should try a more natural look instead of putting on 10 layers of mascara. Too much mascara causes damage to your eyelashes, causes them to fall off, and stuff...
the picture is photoshoped to make the contrasting colors stand out, hav u ever seen anyone in person with eyes like that? its not common.. use fake eyelashes iono just put a whole lotta black smokey stuff on ur eyes

Her makeup is done by starting with a dark black eyeliner and making big rings around the bottom and the top of the lid.


Her eyelashes are probably fake but to get that look use a two sided mascara (one side white and one side black), use the white until your lashes are expanded and then add many layers of the black.
um duh those are fake.

but you can get dramatic eyelashes like that by wearing fakes and using a gel or liquid eyeliner.
