becuase this dress is quite bright you cant go too over the top with makeup and hair.
Curling your hair might be good as it makes you look more sophisticated and grown up. If not straighten it and and some cute clips or a head band.
Makeup needs to go with the colour scheme of your outfit. If you put on foundation (mousse) and blusher. Then apply mascara. Have a nude shade of lipgloss that matches your skin tone. Then maybe put on some black liquid eyeliner, not too much and then smudge it. Then add yellow or cream eye shadow in a thin layer.
Hope this helps but remember you will look beautiful no matter what!
