The suggestion to go to a make up counter is fabulous. But you are a little trickier....Red hair and pale skin cannot pull off bold colors some people are speaking of. I knew a girl from college who specifically ordered a cataloug for red heads and make up. This girl was very pretty, and her make up looked good with someone who has her features. Dye your hair Blonde and then get a tan and you can wear any shade of makeup you want.
Go to Sephora or a makeup counter in Macy's. They'll point you in the right direction.
For your eyes, definitley use Navy shadows and eyeliners, especially MAC's. For blush and lips, depending on what shade of red hair you have, I suggest Mauve or pink. My suggestion is that you should go to a makeup counter like Chanel or MAC and have them do a makeup on you. You will end up buying something, but you will find the colors that best match your combination.

I know why your asking I have all the same descripitions.I use a mid brown color eye shadow, no blush, blaack mascara, and any color lip gloss.
Walk in to a Macy's or a Nordstrom and have one of those women or gay men at the makeup counter fix you up. They will not only apply the right makeup for you, but they will sell you hundreds of dollars worth of the stuff too!
