Help with hair && makeup?

I want to get a more ';scene'; look I guess you would say but I'm not sure how to go about it. I know most the detail like wear bright colors and stuff but I have trouble with hair and makeup. If anyone has any tips ideas or pictures it would help. but I also wouldnt mind help with jewelry clothes or any other ideas that you can give. :DHelp with hair %26amp;%26amp; makeup?
I felt the same way. Go to a really good salon where a new style and haircut is around $50 and talk to your stylist about possible haircuts that would suit your style and face frame. They can also do your makeup for free. Or you can have them teach you how to apply make up and walk you through what colors look best on you for about $30-40.Help with hair %26amp;%26amp; makeup?

Well..

the 'scene' look mainly consists of black and white.

Black hair with a side fringe, black eyeliner and mascara (THICK) and black skinny jeans with like a white shirt and black vest?

That's what i have seen girls wearing for the 'scene' look.

but really you should try and just be yourself!

don't try and look like else and be a sheep becasue it is 'cool' just be yourself and people will thihk that's awesome!

x hope i helped
