Hiya(:
I'm 14 and my mum won't let me wear makeup which sucks :( she thinks i'm too young but all my friends wear it. How can I get her to let me wear it?
My hair is really blonde naturally but i want it highlighted ot dyed blonder, how would I get my mum to allow me to do that?
Oh, and how much do realisitic har extensions cost?
Thankss(:
xxxxHair, makeup and hair extensions (:?
Tell her calmly - 'please can i talk to you and please just let me talk first'
then tell her that you would wear make up nicely and not too much.
Hope that works!Hair, makeup and hair extensions (:?
A lot of times, you can go to a salon and just have a few hi-lites done, rahter than the whole head. A lot of places will only charge per foil, so the cost is pretty cheap. Ask your mom if she'd let you do that. It's also not as harsh on your hair when you do just a few foils.
Hair extensions usually run anywhere from $20-$80 depending on if you get human hair, or artificial hair. Also it makes a difference if they already have clips on them or not. You can get them at any beauty supply store like Sally's, or Ulta.
When I as your age I wasnt allowed to wear make up untill I was 15 or so. So i used to just carry it around in my bad with some face wipes to take it off when I came home again.
If your mum wont ket you get your hair highlighted (and it would be pretty hard to hide it) natural highlighters like sun in would work on nyour hair as it is naturally blonde but it is not as harmful as normal peroxide.
I currently own countless sets of clip in hair extensions and have also had glue in ones. The glue in setes cost about and since ur mum wont let you get your hair dyed I doubt she'd let you get them. A much cheaper and simpler option is the clip in ones. I find the easiest place to but bthem is ebay as there are sooo many choices. They cost aroun 拢30 - 拢60 and make sure its natural hair that you buy. I would defo recommend these.
look, i started wearing foundation at around 13/14 and i wish i hadnt.. it wrecks your skin if you wear it all day every day.. my skin is now grey ish without makeup and now i feel i have to wear it. so at 14 please dont start wearing thick foundations, maybe a little bit of pink blush on your cheeks you could try and talk your mum round that and it will look so much better.
if she wont let you highlight your hair with hair dye sun can do wonders, when you go on holiday or spend time in the sun it can naturally highlight your hair which is much better for it :)
and i have had hair extensions for about a year now and they are woven into my natural hair, they cost me 拢200 for a full head then you have to pay for infills on the ones which have falled out the place i go it is 拢1 per extension and you go back about once a month.. but different places vary in price. hope i helped :) x
If you go to Sally's they sell real hair extensions they come in strips its about 拢17 for one and 30 something 拢 for two. I think that you can also get ones that cover your hole head that cost around 拢30 upwards.
Sally's is near town in front on matalan and B%26amp;Q.
As for make up i am 13 and i have worn make up since i was 7 or something like that so i if my mum wouldn't let me i would talk to her and say mum look all girls at my school wear it so why cant i? and if she says because your too yong then say well some of my friends are younger then me and they wear foundation the lot and there mums lest them! And say that you feel left out. hope this helps or gives you other ideas good luck.
Hi
A lot of girls mums wont let them wear make up so they apply it after they leave the house... why not ask her if you can wear lipgloss or just mascara and start with those and once shes used to it wear a bit more.
For hair extensions to look real they need to be made of human hair. You would be best buying clip in ones. I have tried both and actually find clip in ones a lot better. You can get some really good ones off ebay. Have a look.
I like these:

you can get all colours too - its important to get the right shade to make them look realistic. You can always dye them thou as its real hair.

start slowly, then gradually your mum will allow you to wear more makeup.
e.g, ask if you can wear tinted moisturiser and clear mascara then blusher, eyeliner etc.
don't dye your hair!
honestly, mine is ruined now!
and extensions for the whole of your head can cost from 拢30 upwards.
though, the cheaper ones will probably be yak hair, not human. however, it still looks very realistic.
For human hair extensions the best value seems to be on ebay or amazon.

I started wearing make up with 12.
So just use it naturally and show your mom how good you look with it.
Maybe she'll allow it to you then !
The sooner you start using the the better you'll get.
Or do you want to walk around like a paret when your 30 because you don't know how to use make up properly?
if you need extensions
