Any hair/makeup ideas?

I look plain and boring, so I'm wondering if anyone has haircut/dye and makeup ideas for me. I'm thinking about dying my hair blonder but I'm worried that I'll look washed out with my pale skin. Would dying it dark brown look better? My hair's dark blonde, medium, and straight and I have very pale skin and blue eyes.

I think you should dye your hair a little browner honestly. You were meant to be a brunette. Besides, brunettes look awesome with blue eys;) You could outline your eyes with a brown eyeliner and dark brown mascara, because brown looks amazing against blue eyes. You could also put a little blush on your cheeks and no foundation, because your complexion already looks perfect.
First how pretty you are! Second I think you should go with blond it would look nice on you. And you defiantly would look nice with big curls and some volume. Good luck!
