Makeup and hair suggestion?

I am thirteen


I have dark brown eyes


My skin is lighter than tan and a bit rosy


I do have dark under - eyes just a lil


My lips are small


My hair is 3 inches below shoulder straight and black


usually i wear it in a half ponytail, but i am thikin of gettin side bangs


My makeup is concealer for my under eye prob and light eyeliner blush and sometimes mascara

i don't think you need any help maybe wearing your hair up for once or in a bun!!!!!!!!! that might help and because your lips are small wear some rosy red lipstick that would look good.
