If you want hair like Miley's, you probably want curly hair. To do that, you could get a perm, or buy a hair curler and curl your hair. Curling with a curling iron dries out your hair, so make sure you use conditioner! Then get about an inch of your hair from your right and left side and pin it back loosely so it puffs up a bit. Oh woops didnt see the makeup part. You can buy cheap pink lip gloss at some places such as Target or Walmart for only a few dollars. If you don't already have curly eyelashes, you can buy an eyelash curler at Target (I am a Target fan haha) for as cheap as two dollars. I just got one and it actually works! ( You might want to wet your eyelashes with water a little bit before..)


If you are allowed to wear makeup, which you probably are because you posted this question, buy eyeliner (pencil is easier to me, but whatever you want) and line the top lid very gently.How do i get my hair and makeup like this?
you need soft eye shadow brown curls or blonde depends.black eyeliner . try going to wal-mart see what u can find wal-mart has alot of stuff
curl your hair a little bit then wear dark eyeshadow and eyeliner and pinkish lipgloss!! And of course foundation!
you need extensions curls them and black eyeliner pencil
the hair would be alot harder to achieve in a short time frame.


but the makeup would be quite easy.


just do black eyeliner pencil on your eyelid, black mascara on your upper and lower lashes, and finally black liquid eyeliner a little above your upper lashline, start about half way across your eye; going outwards, and keep as close as you can to your lashes! liquid liner takes practice!
well use black eyeliner and then smudge it with a tiny eyeshadow brush. now for the hair it's hard. but my best request would be to use hot rollers
