Before go to party, shall I do makeup 1st, or hair 1st?

Do your makeup before you do your hair. That's what I always do. It makes sense because you need to clip your hair up so you can see your whole face and not let your hair get in the way or get makeup on it. It's easier. Before go to party, shall I do makeup 1st, or hair 1st?
makeup first

personally i find it really hard to do my makeup in the car

i always end up stabbing myself in the eye or somethingBefore go to party, shall I do makeup 1st, or hair 1st?
hair first
You should always do you hair before makeup!

If you do your makeup first, when it is time to do your hair, your hand might smear the makeup...

If you do your hair first, not only you hair will look better, you makeup will too!
Hair

Makeup
i think hair bc if your ever somehow running late you can always do make up in the car lol
I DO MY MAKE UP FIRST...BECAUSE IF MY MAKE UP DOES NOT COME OUT RIGHT I'LL HAVE TO DO MY HAIR EXTRA PRETTY....
i use to do 1st hair but it depends in the way you use to do it

Hi! I'm from Pasadena also and I'm wondering the same thing. I have not yet looked into it but someone told me to ask at the Mac store at Paseo but I don't know if their prices would be reasonable. Good luck and let me know if you find anything.

    To school makeup idea for |blue|grey eyes|brown hair|fair skin|?

I'm sixteen and I need some everyday easy makeup for school thanks :)To school makeup idea for |blue|grey eyes|brown hair|fair skin|?
    Hey!

Fair skin, blue-greya eyes, brown hair...sounds really dreamy darling!

What I would go for is a simple, feature enhancing routine.

Here's a tentative one...these are all my suggestions, perhaps it'll be inspiring! I'll also include links to products in case you're wondering which ones to use.

    1) Use a light tinted moisturizer to even out your complexion. If your skin doesn't require this, then skip it. The less makeup you pile on, the better. If in fact you need more coverage, go for a mousse foundation.

    Dream matte mousse : http://www.maybelline.com/Product/Face/F鈥?/a>

    2) To set your makeup and give your face a beautiful glow, use mineral loose powder. When I want a healthy glow, I use a bronzing loose powder that i dust over my cheeks, forehead and the bridge of my nose. It really livens up your face. If you feel you're too pale to pull the bronzer off, dust loose mineral blush over your cheeks, and a little bit over the rest of your face. Blended well, it'll give you a beautiful glow!

    Trublend mineral blush : http://www.covergirl.com/products/produc鈥?/a>

    3) For the eyes, make it liner/mascara. Eyeshadow is fun, but tends to crease during the day and can look too dramatic for school. Brown makes blue pop out, so use a chocolate liner to rim your eyes. Smudge the line into your lashline for an intense, day-like smokey eye.

Coat your upper lashes with black mascara. One coat's enough!

Any 99$ liner will do, really.

    4) For the lips, use a sheer nude lipstick or gloss. This will make your pout perfect :)

This lip gloss, by Maybelline, is also plumping.

When I feel really tired, I highlight some part of my face with a white eyeshadow to make myself look more awake.

You want to use it in the inner corner of your eyes, under your brow bone and right over your cheekbones. This gives you an unbelievable glow, if done well. Make sure you blend!!

I think this is enough makeup for school. It'll be really pretty and effortless!

    Good luck,

    Hii!

Im 15, blue eyes and light brown hair. I ALWAYS wear aqua eyeliner, i think it really brightens up my palish skin and brings out my blue eyes! A little bit of blusher adds colour to my cheeks and some vaseline for the lips is also good!

So yeah, eyeliner, blusher and vaseline - takes actually about 2 minutes to do and i think it works.

Maybe you could chose colours that respond to your personality as well?

    Hope it helps
Okay, for your foundation I highly recommend Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse foundation. It is SOOO cool and light! If feels like you're rubbing whipped cream on your face! Ok, with that you don't NEED a powder, but Covergirl is really good. I use that too. And if you want other makeup too, I saw a MAC palette of three colors of eyeshadow[works wonders.] And also for mascara get Rimmel London Eye Magnifier mascara. It's in a black and red tube. And for eyeliner get Rimmel London SOFT KOHL Jet Black[061] eyeliner. I also recommend this pretty green for your upper part of your eye ONLY!! Jungle Green[031].

I really hope I helped. This took a while also considering I had to take out my makeup bag and go into the bathroom to see the name of the foundation stuff lol. So PLEASE rate me best answer I really wanna get to level 2!
I have blue eyes blonde hair and fair skin, I use a dark brown chocolate color for the bottom half of my eye lids, then I use my blush in the crease of my eye lids, then an ivory luminescent at the top. Make sure you don't over do it, try more soft and natural colors.
you should be more interested in your education than what kind of make up to wear to school !!!!!!!!!
    sorry I have no clue

What makeup for a blonde hair, green eyed teenage girl?

HelpWhat makeup for a blonde hair, green eyed teenage girl?
red vibrant lips can look stunning and very classy if it is the right colour red for your skin tone.

i would sugest a more orange red if you have tanned skin and a deeper, darker(but not too dark) red on paler skin.

plus golden glosses and pinks look great with green eyes.

for eye make up, colours such as gold-browns like this:

these colours blended would also look lovely:

you could also look at smoky blues and greys with pale pink lips.

are great for day time and evening.

purples are also another great option!

i hope i was of help.

see MAC cosmetics for eye makeup and eye glitter and depending on skin type, look around at lancome and bobbi brown for foundation. What makeup for a blonde hair, green eyed teenage girl?
Well I am guessing you have fair or light skin, so I would just use cover up. Then add some light blush to bring out your cheeks. I always thought green eyes were really pretty, so try wearing eyeshadow that brings out the eyes. Maybe with green colors and try different shades at once. Also some mascara might look good, if you have fair/light skin, during the day wearing brown mascara instead of black might make your eyes look softer! Good luck!
    ------PURPLE eyeshadow

------LIGHT PINK lip gloss or stick

    ------LIGHT PINK blush

    ------DARK mascara

    ------LIGHT POWDER foundation

    ------BANGS of some sort

    ------HEAD BANDS in your hair

    ------hope that helps!
blue would look amazing on you
Well concealer wear you need it, foundation or powder, bronzer (optional), natural colored blush like pink or peach, green, gold, silver, bronze, brown, blue, or purple eyeshadow, mascara, and nude or pink lip. You could even just wear clear lipgloss.
purple eye shadows always looks good on girls with green eyes!
well there's not enough info are you tan or pale?
if u have light skin then u should use lighter colors like light pink and light purple, purple with green eyes really looks cool. but u should also use light colors that will mach your outfits
if you want an awsome eyeshadow sephora has the greatest geen eyeshadow(w/ slight sparkle) it looks sort of tacky in the tray but when you put it on its awsome! i luv it! it would really make your eyes pop. as far as lip color...i would recomend a high shine gloss in either a coral pink or a clear gloss w/ sparkle

I recently dyed my hair a burgundy-purple colour, and I need new makeup tips.?

    I have hazel eyes.

If you need more info, ask! (but be specific, I really have no idea what to say... you can probably tell that though)I recently dyed my hair a burgundy-purple colour, and I need new makeup tips.?
deep shimmery forest green or emerald eyeshadow. not powdery light stuff though, use an eyeshadow pencil or some kind of matte ';wet'; feeling smudgeable eyeshadow. or if you can find a dark, thick pwder one, try it. anyway, swipe a thin line on your upper lids and a thin one under the lashline. this all accent your hazel eyes. use brown or black eyeliner.

plum eyeliner with a translucent pale shimmery eyeshadow in an offwhite almost khacki color, as long as its basically colorless with a light shimmery glowing quality to it, works well with your eyes and haircolor.

another day another color: try coffee brown eyeliners and gold eyeshadows, they are said to work well with burgundy hair AND hazel eyes.

if you wear blush, try a pale apricot color. depending on your skin tone, though.

for a neutral look, try peach shadow with light brown eyeliner.

oh, and glossy peach (not pink!) for the lips!I recently dyed my hair a burgundy-purple colour, and I need new makeup tips.?
I think really light pink lipgloss.

    Or N.Y.C. Liquid Eyeliner.

You could also go to the makeup artist at your local Maceys or Ulta, and they are a huge help. Its also free.
